strength
my strength is I have work experience within the working world, this will help me moving into the accountancy world as I am handling money and improving my communication with a variety of different people such as; ages, gender and different nationality. I am being put into different situations and learning how to manage them correctly. These 3 aspects are useful as all three roles are beneficial within the role of being an account.
weaknesses
my weakness is I feel like I need reassurance when completing tasks. This is important within the accountancy role as everything has to be finalized and correct. I would improve this by believing in myself more as majority of the time I am correct but doubt myself.
